Fifteen dovecotes are a feature of this pretty cottage which adjoins Buddleia. The cosy sitting room features a woodburner and beamed ceiling.  It is furnished with a digital TV, DVD player, Ipod player with FM radio, sofa, chairs and coffee tables, and has a convector and storage heater. There is a separate kitchen/dining room with a slate floor, extendable oak dining table and chairs, small settle and storage heater; the fully-equipped kitchen area has a ceramic hob, mircowave and electric oven.  The kitchen leads to a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower over, heated towel rail and electric fan heater.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and  high ceiling beams.  The second bedroom has two 6'3" bunk beds. Both bedrooms have night storage heaters.

The back door from the sitting room opens to a small gravel sitting area with stone walls and pots. From there a path leads to a raised garden, partly surrounded with hedges and fencing, with picnic table and lovely views of the orchard and surrounding valley. There is a small connecting gate to Buddleia’s garden and to the orchard..
