What a gem - best equipped cottage we have stayed in.

Fifteen dovecotes are a feature of this pretty cottage which adjoins Buddleia. The sitting room features a woodburner, a beamed ceiling and is furnished with a colour TV, DVD, radio, a sofa, chair and coffee tables. There is a separate dining and fully-equipped kitchen area with slate floor and large dinning table. There is a downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs there is a beamed main bedroom with king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two full-size bunk beds. There is night-storage heating throughout, and supplementary heating.

The back door from the sitting room opens to a small gravel sitting area with pots. From there a path leads to a raised garden, partly surrounded with a stone wall, hedges and fencing, and with lovely views of the orchard and surrounding valley. There is a small connecting gate to Buddleia’s garden.
